10 is a collection of photograms made with fabric and gold-leaf overlays in profile of anonymous women. The work refers to the 2015 announcement of putting a woman’s image on the U.S. $10 bill. This never happened. However, Treasury Secretary, Janet Yellen and Treasury Chief, Lynn Malerba to have banknotes printed with both of their signatures.
